Adaptive Re-Use Innovation Hub

In collaboration with Claudia Guerra.

Living in an environment that is constantly shifting demographically
and climatically, as designers we should not only consider existing
structures that have been re-purposed as adaptive re-use projects but
instead try to incorporate adaptable elements into every new
structure despite of its current programmatic use or scale.

The proposal will consist of an ‘Innovation Hub’ which will
programmatically shift from a tech micro-college offering fast-paced
tech careers for Boston’s ever-growing tech industry and will later
have the potential to adapt into a manufacturing tech center,
consisting of collaborative shared workspaces and a re-imagined
assembly line.
